Christmas is almost here! Are you ready? Is your house decorated and ready for yummy food and warm memories?

Are you ready for all the entertaining that is about to happen? Hubby and I recently moved and while I like the decoration we have it's time for some festive decorations.

So of course I headed to Pier 1 Imports web site to check out all they have to offer.  We just put up our decorations and it seems that in our recent move we love a box of decorations! Oh no! So we head to Pier 1 looking for Red and Silver items...

Also (not that you need any more reason to stop by Pier 1 today BUT) Pier 1 is helping out Toys for Tots during November and December. Just drop off an unwrapped toy or you can make a special Toys for Tots donation at the register!

AND through the end of the month if you "like" them on facebook they will donate $1 to Toys for Tots!

I don't know about you but there is nothing like decorating your home that really makes it feel like the Christmas season!

Beautiful Vacation Spot for the New Year!

Have you been dieing to take a beautiful vacation but are stuck on where to go?

My family is always looking for a fun new vacation spot and I think Branson is just the ticket! The Hilton's located in Branson both look spectacular for kids. Great big pools and lots and lots of activities. Once the kiddos are in bed then there are even more fun things for the partents to explore in Branson!

One thing that we love is that the Convention Center Hotel is Pet Friendly! This means it really is a vacation for the whole family!! No more finding someone to petsit Spike while the family is out and having fun. Now Spike gets to come along for the fun!
